Currently seeking a Business Management Analyst for an immediate vacancy (full-time/permanent) in Hoboken, NJ. As the Business Management Analyst, you will manage the Information Technology budgeting and planning activities while working alongside the Corporate Planning and Financial Administration departments to support the daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual budget and payment processes.
As the Business Management Analyst, you will:
Ensure day to day budgeting and invoicing needs are met.
Re-engineer manual (Excel) processes to minimize manual efforts utilizing tools such as SAP and ServiceNow.
Pay invoices in a timely manner and properly document.
Manage payment budgets, accruals, capitalization and depreciation schedules.
Prepare annual and semi-annual budgets for recurring and project related expenses.
Analyze and investigate variances on plan vs. actual and resolve issues across functional teams.
Lead the implementation of new processes for improving and streamlining the semi-annual and annual budget processes.
Work with the PMO lead to manage project costs including building templates for initiative requests, tracking project spend against account rules, managing project costs to ensure transparency for individual projects, etc.
What you bring:
5+ years’ experience in IT Financial and Business Management roles in a Financial Institution
Significant experience in Expense Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
Experience with the implementation of SAP toolsets (plus)
